Upper Rooms
Capture amazing photos of the mountain and the lake from your own personal balcony on the hilltop! All of the upper-level rooms have been recently renovated to provide more of a modern feel. With less than a five-minute walk down the hill to the beach and boating dock, these rooms are perfect for guests who don’t need a kitchen during their stay.
Two Full Beds
Our upper room with two full beds can accommodate up to four guests. Located at the top of the hill, in our upper building these rooms include free WiFi, mini fridge and a flat screen smart TV. Every room has a private balcony overlooking Lake Winnipesaukee and the beautiful mountain ranges behind it. Every room has access to our coffee station, which is equip with a microwave and ice-machine.
Single Queen Bed
