Belknap Point Inn was founded over 60 years ago, in 1954. The Zagame Family discovered this property in 2016 and have embarked on maintaining the same unspoiled experience. Belknap creates an escape where visitors can enjoy the breathtaking views of Mount Washington while enjoying the fresh air at Lake Winnipesaukee.

All 16 rooms provide a view of the lake and surrounding mountains for guests to appreciate. The property has hilltop rooms with a more luxurious feel, as well as rooms steps from the boat dock with more of a vintage cabin feel. The lower rooms are perfect for guests who want to stay the week since they are equipped with kitchenettes. Guests like the fact that they can cook meals in an authentic natural setting.

The Zagame family has a reputation for restoring properties in metro Boston and has recently updated all of the rooms on the property as one of their first initiatives. They have successfully maintained the original Belknap design with a modern flare for the upper rooms and keeping to the cabin-like charm that guests love and adore on the lower level. Some dock rooms still have the original shiplap for you to Instagram.

The new owners are excited to introduce water sports to the guests, including paddle boarding, canoeing, boating, fishing, and more!
